Lighter USA now ships your favorite products anywhere in the world via USPS and DHL. You can count on free shipping every day, all day, on all of our products. Unlike many companies that only offer free shipping on some of their products (most likely their least popular) or require a minimum purchase amount to qualify, Lighter USA keeps it simple with no minimum purchase order and no product exclusions. Free Returns
We believe in our products and know that you will be satisfied. To show just how much we stand behind our products, we offer a phenomenal, world-class returns program. Customers have 30 days from the time the order was placed to begin a return. Both defective items and unopened and unused items are eligible for either a full return or an exchange. It is the consumer's decision. If the product is opened but unused, it is eligible for store credit or exchange. If the product is still viable, it can be eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, used vaporizers, coils, and heating elements are not eligible for a defective replacement because they are not viable due to sanitary concerns. However, please contact us if you have an ineligible used product, and we will be happy to provide you with the manufacturer's information. It is important to note that if you are outside of the return window, please contact us anyway. Our team will go above and beyond to try and help you fix your issue.
Our Returns Process
Lighter USA uses a really cool returns process called Returnly. Unlike many companies that do not issue refunds until they have the returned item in hand, Lighter USA feels that you should receive your refund as soon as possible. Here's how it works. Once you begin your return and we approve it, you will receive an instant refund voucher (store credit) for the amount spent. This voucher can be used immediately; before you even send the product back. Customers who would rather receive monetary refunds can expect them to be issued within 48 hours of the item being received and inspected.
The best part is that we will provide you with a prepaid return label. Many companies' return policies require the buyer to pay for return shipping. We feel that we should back our products from start to finish and therefore cover all return shipping costs. All you have to do is package it up, affix the label, drop it off in the mail, and we will handle the rest.
Which Items are Non-Refundable?
- Items that are both opened and used - A credit can be issued for these items.
- Open items that are individualized, serialized, and sealed in the packaging.
It is also important to note that all returned items must be cleaned. Dirty products will be mailed back to the return address and not considered for a refund.

Lighter USA's points-based reward program allows consumers to build points, which can then be redeemed for store vouchers. Earn 20 points for creating an account with Lighter USA, 400 points every time you refer a friend, and 1 point for every dollar you spend with us. 100 points equals a $5 voucher. Once you reach 200 points, you can redeem a $10 voucher. Redeem 300 points for a $15 voucher. There is no limit to the number of points consumers can earn and the number of vouchers that can be redeemed.
